Steven K. Bell, Esquire is partner of Quality Family Law. Since 2004 Mr. Bell has dedicated his career to diligently defending individuals facing criminal charges, including domestic violence, violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence, assault, and battery. 

As the areas of criminal and family often intersect, Mr. Bell provides the skill and experience to address all of your family’s legal needs. Regularly, he represents respondents and petitioners in domestic violence injunction hearings and settlles issues regarding temporary alimony and time-sharing.

Lawrence M. Meltzer is partner of Quality Family Law. Mr. Meltzer has years of experience in civil and criminal law. Mr. Meltzer began his career in civil law before joining the Broward State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, Mr. Meltzer handled misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, including domestic violence, battery, and assault.

As partner of Quality Family Law he has represented several petitioners and respondents in domestic violence protection order hearings. Because of the frequent overlap of family and criminal law, Mr. Meltzer's extensive experience is invaluable to resolving all your family's needs.

Stephan Dobrinsky was born and raised in south Florida. For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of Maryland where he majored in Philosophy. In 2011, he enrolled at the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. Prior to joining Meltzer & Bell, P.A., Stephan worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County for over three years, dedicating himself to the defense of indigent people charged with crimes.

David Goudreau is an Associate Attorney at Meltzer & Bell, P.A. He studied Criminology at Florida State University, earning cum laude honors. It was there that he first discovered his passion for the law, working right alongside a local attorney who would later be appointed to the Federal Judiciary.

Brandon Dinetz joins Meltzer & Bell, P.A. as an associate after working for four years as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. While at the State Attorney’s Office, he was assigned to the County Court Trial Division. In this role, he prosecuted over 3,100 criminal cases, including DUI’s, thefts, batteries, firearm charges, drug offenses, and numerous traffic offenses. Brandon ultimately became a Lead Attorney, where he would oversee and train a division of attorneys, while he managed a large caseload, filed DUI’s, prosecuted violations of probation and DUI recidivists.

Laura E. Kenney, Esquire graduated with an Honors Degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario Canada before going on to receive a post-graduate degree in Public Relations from Humber College in Toronto. From there, Laura attended and graduated from Albany Law School in New York. During her time at Albany Law, Laura dedicated herself to representing clients in the law school's prestigious Law Clinic & Justice Center with a practice order from the highest court in New York. In addition, Laura focused on trial practice and competed in her school's Senior Prize trial competition.
